No, we pick you up where and when you need to travel. We calculate the pickup time based on the flight departure and arrival time.

If you have two pick up points for your airport transfer choose the ‘Private’ option, the first address goes in the address box, and you can add details for the second pick up point in the notes section.

If you have more than two pick up points flick us an email on info@alphashuttles.co.nz and we will sort that out for you. We will providing a cost for the journey and ideal routing to ensue on time arrival at the airport!

If you have a Point to Point journey you need to arrange and have more than two pick up points along the way get in touch and we will quote and book that for you.

For our Day Charters you will be provided with water for your journey. Alpha is happy for you to bring non-alcoholic drinks and snacks on board, there will be shops along the way on your journey so you can replenish your snack supplies!

The vehicles are not licenced so you won’t be able to bring alcoholic drinks on board to drink en route, don’t worry though, purchases made on our winery tours can be packed onboard for you ready to enjoy at the end of our journey.

Yes! Just let us know when you book so we can be prepared for you. There is a small charge of $5 each for these items.

Yes, you can hire car seats for your journey. When booking use the drop down box to let us know how many children are travelling in your group, you can then add the number of car seats you need to your booking.

In the notes section let us know the ages of the little travellers in the booking

Absolutely, if you plan to see the sites out of Auckland Alpha can help make that a reality. Head north to Paihia, gateway to spectacular dive sites and the beautiful Bay of Islands. Or track south to Lord of the Rings territory. We can arrange for a personal driver to accompany you and bring you back to Auckland if required.

We have a 3 step booking confirmation system, so there is no need to reconfirm your booking before you travel. When you book you will receive a payment confirmation, followed by a booking confirmation which show exactly what is booked in our system.

Then at approx. 3pm the day prior to your service you will receive an automate txt confirming the day and time of your booking again.

We recommend you do check your booking confirmation when you receive it as this enables us to make changes if you need to in plenty of time before you travel.

Yes we do. For our corporate groups we appreciate the day can change based on your team or client expectations, we provide flexibility to accommodate changes to the timing and routing on the day.

Yes. The overall per person cost decreases substantially for groups of five or more.

When you order through the website, you will be given the option credit or debit card or EFTPOS to make your payment.

If you place your order over the phone, we will take your payment by credit card or you can pay by direct deposit and we will email you a receipt

If your business or organisation orders from us often, you can set up an account and receive invoices instead.

When you are making your booking the site will give you the option to ‘add a return booking with the same details’. Tick this box to add a return transfer from the airport without having to input all of your details again, only the flight number is required.

Our website is set up to quote the service you need instantly! The first step is to choose your service, either Airport, Wharf or Point to Point, pop in your address and the number of passengers travelling, choose the day and time and click Get Quote…easy as that.

If you get lost at any stage you can find a quote/book button on the navigation bar at the top of the site, this will get back to the beginning.

You can also enquire about our Day Charter options, when you choose this service one of the Alpha Angels will respond to your request personally based on your charter requirements.

You can book anytime as our private charters and point to point services run at your request. Our busy season is between October and April (New Zealand Spring and Summer) so during this period we recommend you do book as far in advance as possible.

We limit the amount of stops, you do not need to allow a lot of extra time for this journey.

We also use the Northern Busway which allows us to bypass a lot of the traffic issues north of the bridge, this can save us significant travel time in peak traffic.

If you book a private service it is door to door with no other stops.

A good tool to use help you work out travel time is Google Maps https://www.google.com/maps/place/Auckland+Airport it is the same one we use!

All bookings are audited prior to confirming, we check your flight number and departure time and will adjust your time if needed to ensure on time arrival, every time.

Our large Mercedes Sprinters seat up to 11 passengers and our Mercedes Vianos’ seat up to 6 passengers.

If you are travelling in the next 24hrs the site won’t be able to process that booking for you. We need to check availability to ensure there is space for your service.

Our site uses Google Maps to calculate travel time and distance, and quote fares. There are some suburbs in Auckland which are not up to date in Google Maps, and this affects our quote system.

If this happens to you, chat, email or phone us and we will be able to quote and book for you.

Sure is, all of our day tours and private charters are bespoke, let us know when and where you want to travel and we will make it happen. Stuck for ideas? Then let the Alpha Angels know, we have a few locations we love to show off to visitors.

Yes, when booking choose the private option and let us know in the notes section about the travellers of the four legged variety.

Not to worry, our drivers use flight tracking to monitor your flight arrival time. If you experience an extended delay we will swap your driver to ensure there is always someone waiting for you.

Our fleet consists of spacious and comfortable 11 seater Mercedes Sprinters and 6 seater Mercedes Vianos. Vehicle allocation for your booking will depend on group size and preference. Our vehicles are immaculately presented at all times.

Your travel documents will give you an indication of when your ship is due back in port. We recommend you book for that time, and if you need to you can amend it prior to the service commencing by contacting the Alpha Angels on 09 426 7736 or at info@alphashuttles.co.nz

Our airport services are ‘Meet & Greet’ which means your driver will be waiting in the arrivals terminal for you to clear customs with a signboard with your name on it.

At the International terminal turn left on exiting customs and you will find your driver in the designated waiting area for drivers, just before McDonalds.

For Domestic your driver will be waiting for you as you enter the arrivals hall. Please make yourself know to them prior to collecting your bags.

At approx. 3pm the day prior to your service you will receive an automate txt with your drivers name and number, if you are unable to locate your driver once you have cleared customs you will be able to give them a bell.

We recommend you turn your phone on once you land so your driver is able to make contact with you, and you can advise them if you are delayed clearing customs.

If your cruise disembarks at Queen’s Wharf, Auckland, we will rendezvous just outside Shed 10, near The Cloud. If your ship docks at Prince’s Wharf, Auckland, we will meet you just outside the Hilton Hotel, less than 100m from the cruise terminal.

Debark day at Princess and Queens Wharf can be pretty hectic! From time to time the ship may arrive early or later and the time you expected to debark can change. We will do our best to accommodate any changes for you on the day.

We recommend you turn your phone on once you arrive so your driver is able to make contact with you, and determine an agreeable meeting location if you have not been able to find each other in the hubbub!
